You only get the chance to trade away resources that they don't already have. Similarly, if you have a resource then you won't see that resource on their side since you don't need it. WebApr 26, 2014 · This bug only appears late game. By then, it dosnt matter what they build. 1) wrong, it appears in all sorts of times of the game. I was less than 100 turns in. 2) wrong, again, late game improvements such as uranium and oil are big game changers.

WebI have some weird graphical bugs. If you used to play with EUI before installing Vox Populi, you probably forgot to uninstall EUI. Vox Populi has its own version of EUI in the auto-installer. I have a bug, I use some other mods but they are fine and they should not cause problems. Try without those mods, even if they are purely aestetics mods.
