WebDOJ will reimburse you for TSA pre check if you travel 5+ times a year for work. You can get pre-check as a DHS employee. You are actually given a number to register as part of your onboarding process. You can also get it as an active duty military member on orders. Not sure if that extends to DOD civilians though.
